Residential Building Interiors Renovation

The Jack Parker Corporation, the owner of a 53-story luxury, full-service rental apartment building in the midst of the Theater District in Midtown West in Manhattan, approached Ms. Ibáñez to design the public corridors in a more unique style than what is traditionally seen in residential buildings.
Ms. Ibáñez selected materials, finishes, lighting, and artwork for the corridors as a preliminary proposal for the design of the building. She presented three distinctive schemes according to what was appropriate for the site and the client’s needs for the tenants – Energy, Broadway, and Vintage.
